Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
We offer reliable shipping to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders that meet a minimum order value, as indicated on our website.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times may vary between 10 to 21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and the nature of the items ordered. Tracking information will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier service.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage for our records.
Incorrect Shipping Address

BK Arts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
